Czech Inn of West

New to West in early 2006, the “Czech Inn of West” is a non-smoking facility with 70 rooms covering three floors. Guests will enjoy an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, business center, and 4 meeting rooms.

Room features include: 27” TV’s with cable, in-room coffee, iron and ironing boards, hair dryers, microwaves, and refrigerators.

Dining

Visitors from near and far come to West for its “tasty” Czech cuisine. Kolaches and other Czech pastries are made fresh daily at one of our three bakeries. Is your appetite craving something more? West has several restaurants where traditional Czech dishes and other delicious Texas foods are served.

Shopping

Enjoy the afternoon shopping in our city’s historic downtown section. Here you will find various specialty shops offering antiques, imported Czech crystal, stained glass, jewelry, and home décor just to name a few.

Outdoors

Love the outdoors? The city maintains a park complete with playground equipment, picnic facilities, and lighted tennis courts.

For all you fisherman and boating enthusiasts, West is located 12 miles from the Brazos River, 16 miles from Lake Waco, 20 miles from Lake Whitney and approximately 14 miles from Lake Aquilla.
